Five projects representing 12 New England colleges and universities were named winners of the 2019 New England Food Vision Prize.
These winning projects include equipment upgrades at a creamery to produce pre-shredded mozzarella cheese for campus accounts, and an initiative to bring frozen Maine-grown produce to dining halls across New England.
